Hi guys
with another informative Article now I
just want to do a quick Article I'm gonnapop in really quick and talk to you guys
About some questions that I've been
getting about sending payment to a vendor now when I speak of vendors I'm talking about overseas vendors again like you know most of my videos if you're unfamiliar with me my name is Asif and I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I have over a decade of experience in the ear extension business so the purpose of most of my Articles if you're unfamiliar is to educate those of you who are trying to start hair extension businesses you just want general information on how to grow your wealth how to become wealthy as a hair extension specialist isn't that Awesomeagain be sure to subscribe to my channel if you haven't subscribed already and also hit the bail for the notifications so I got all that out of the way let's get into the topic of this video now most of you who have watched most of my videos you have seen the majority of me talking about talking to vendors email and vendors speaking to vendors and let's say you've already made contact with some of these vendors and you're unsure of what to do as far as payment now I want to expand upon that because in my previous Article I kind of alluded to not using PayPal.
I mean excuse me not using Western Union and I think was in my scam video if you haven't seen that um it was a two part series and I'll put that in the description box if you're not familiar I'll try to put a notification excuse me somewhere on here um I'll provide an informational video if you're not familiar with this game video and a lot of times when you are have to keep in mind that a lot you have not ever contacted vendors overseas so I want to expand upon those those answers that I gave you in previous articles so um when you're dealing with a vendor and you're sending
payment overseas it can be very scary especially if you're new to it um they don't accept your standard form of payment of course you can't just and you better not do this I don't I hope none of you were doing this but just to break it down you do not want to give them your personal bank account information you do not want to give them your credit card information outright okay that's the disclaimer of this whole process I don't I've never heard of anybody doing that or a vendor asking for that that's an outright scam I hope most of you you know will probably understand that
that's an outright scam but um for the most part you want to deal with PayPal when you make contact with a business a vendor overseas you want to use PayPal now I'm back in the day like in the early 2000s when I was dealing with vendors for the first time I remember sending money Western Union which was you know left me open to scams but I did it in you know I got sent some good hair and I got sent some crappy air um but I never got outright scams they never took my money
but um back in the day PayPal really didn't exist but most of the vendors are using PayPal now now what you want to do is you want to make sure before you send your money that you have developed a clear understanding a clear line of communication of what you want as far as your samples so in the initial process you of course the samples you to pay for them you want to contact the company and ask them do they accept paypal now outright scam is if they tell you no you don't need set PayPal we only accept Western Union or MoneyGram I would suggest to you I will strongly suggest to you to move on to another company um because once you send your money
Western Union there is no recourse you cannot get your money back you can contact what's the new you know you want to you can contact with some money grab all your wants it you're not gonna get your money back okay now and if you can advance and to this you um cuz also once you know once you develop a relationship with your vendor excuse me sorry yeah I'm human my mouth gets dry but anyway um once you send your money via Western you can't get it back okay basically so I'm trying to say oh if you if you speak to the vendor and they say hey we don't offer any other payments options it's just Western Union you need to move on okay typically I would suggest you deal with
PayPal now paper has its own caveats
it's not a hundred percent either there's no actually there's no payment method that's 100 percent scam proof but the thing about it is once you just talk to your vendor and you feel comfortable with your vendors the probability of ghent scam is pretty low and what I mean by getting scammed is not can't receive not having a product sent to you period that's that's what I'm referring to when I say scam now if you send your money and you get a sample in the sample the quality is a little not what you expected um to PayPal that is not considered a scam per se and I would also suggest you go through your credit card company so you use your credit card that way you have a little extra recourse because if PayPal isn't one to judge in your favor at least you have to edit protection of your credit card
company rule in your favorite if you get sent in inferior products okay if the product is totally if you get the product let's say you order a closure and the closure looks like somebody worn it or the closure does not look like what you asked for then you have a little more recourse to do a little more insurance there in a way because if sometimes PayPal will not offer your money back because in their eyes okay defender the vendor fulfill the obligation they sent you the product and yet the other products crappy blood they sent you to acquire so in the business but the least put your credit card company may have a little more recourse so that's something to look forward to as far as your credit card policies I would say really looking through what some requests you have and dealing with the overseas vendor and also get the concise USD oh if you're if you're American and you're dealing with the overseas inventor have them when in your communication via email if let's say is very important to deal with email because you have it in writing the vendor told you okay this is let's say 250 USD for the products that you're ordering from the vendor that's the amount you will say and I just sent more or less so you want to keep that in writing via the email that you're sending you know the email correspondence.
And also make sure they include any fees because a lot of times they will charge you 5% 6% 7% if it's a little higher than that I would be leery of that but they do put that some of them just already include that in the price and then some of them will offer that um if you ask them so you need to ask them do you offer PayPal and if they say yes then ask them what the fee is and usually they'll outright tell you but the fee is so you're not the ASP all that um also if you develop a relationship a long-term relationship let's say you've ordered five or six times from this vendor then you know if
you feel a little more comfortable then you can gravitate towards Western Union and um money right now so keep in mind there's a lot of fees when it comes to dealing with overseas vendors and sending money via Western Union or MoneyGram or bank transfer this to me I kind of feed it in the same realm you do not want to cite anything send money via Western Union money grab my bank wire to a vendor do not do that now with Indian hair some vendors I know in the past didn't like dealing with PayPal but to my understanding they also um offer
PayPal across the board you may still come in contact with vendors who only say they want to UM deal with you via Western Union I would be hesitant I would be hesitant um do someone research find you another vendor initially because the high probability of a scam is there you know they could snatch your money and not send you any profits okay also I had someone ask me a question about the the payment is stuff through DHgate in DHgate and Alibaba oh I wouldn't go through all that for me some people who you know order other products of Alibaba and DHgate some of them like to say they're trying to get like game pieces and stuff made overseas some of them go through th gate you might end all that their process but they have a payment and squirrel process that they go through um you could use that but I wouldn't recommend it I would not recommend it just go to PayPal and again in my new ebook called secrets reveals a detail on the whole process of sending money via paper out to the companies because there's a certain way.
you're supposed to send it you do not send it through friends and family you do not send it that way as you also do not have any recourse if you send it that way okay so if you want to use PayPal I would suggest that's the main option don't use any other money apps or anything like that now if you're watching my video and you from a foreign country you have a lot of you girls who'll watch me from Africa hello um I don't imma be upfront with you I don't know the policies as far as PayPal when it deals with overseed I'm assuming it's the same in your country as it is in the United States I'm sure you have the same recourse if they don't send you any product but I'm gonna tell you this most businesses want to do business with you most vendors overseas want to do business with you so they won't send you products it may not be quality every time that's why I stress my ebook I talked about how to vet the vendors before you even send money you need to vet them and it will save you a lot of money so you know my ebook will definitely save you a lot of stress hassle and most importantly money so again that the topic at hand is about how to send your money properly over seas okay.
